A trip charge is the cost of sending a technician to assess the issue at your location.
This charge is non-refundable, regardless of whether you proceed with the recommended repair or not.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will still be responsible for a $75 trip charge due to the scheduling adjustments required. Please Call 336-350-7004

2. Service Repair Policy – Non-Refundable

All repairs performed by T&C Appliance/HVAC Repair are final and non-refundable.
This means that once a technician completes a repair, no refunds will be issued for the labor or service provided.
If issues persist after a repair, customers should refer to the warranty claim process (detailed below) instead of seeking a refund.

3. Appointment Scheduling & Changes

Online booking availability is not always updated in real-time, so appointment slots are subject to change.
Customers are required to call our office at least 24 hours in advance to  reschedule, or cancel an appointment at 336-350-7004
Failure to cancel within 24 hours results in a $75 trip charge due to last-minute scheduling disruptions.

4. Warranty Claims – 30-Day Coverage on Defective Parts

If a replacement part installed by our technicians is defective, customers have 30 days from the date of service to file a warranty claim and may only be filed once.
What the warranty covers:
 Replacement of defective parts
 Labor required to install the warranty-covered part
What the warranty does NOT cover:
issues unrelated to the original repair
